Job Description
*1. Telesales Executive – Solar EPC*
*Experience:* 1-3 years mandatory
*Employment Type:* On-roll, Full-time | *Work:* Office-based + calling
*Job Summary:*
Own the first step of sales. You’ll qualify leads, fix site-visit appointments for field sales team, and explain solar basics over phone for residential & SME clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Make 80-100 outbound calls/day from company lead database
- Explain solar ROI, subsidy, net-metering benefits in simple terms
- Qualify leads based on budget, rooftop area, electricity bill
- Schedule site visits for Sales Executives and follow up till closure
- Maintain daily calling reports in CRM/Google Sheets
- Handle inbound queries from ads, website, and referrals
- Coordinate with design team for basic quotations
*Requirements:*
- *Education:* Graduate – Any stream
- *Experience:* Min 1 year in Telesales/Inside Sales – Solar, real estate, loans, education preferred
- *Skills:* Excellent English + Marathi/Hindi communication, convincing tone, MS Excel, CRM
- *KPIs:* No. of calls, appointments fixed, conversion to site visit
*Compensation:* ₹2.8 – ₹3.5 LPA fixed + performance incentives
