Architect

Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi

Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

We are looking for a talented Architect with 4 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, construction documentation, site coordination, and execution, preferably with experience in luxury residential projects.

Submission of CV and Portfolio is mandatory.

Walk-in Interview: Candidates attending the walk-in interview are requested to bring a hard copy of their updated CV.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D renders, and walkthroughs.
• Prepare tender drawings and BOQs.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress and execution.
• Ensure design intent and quality are maintained during construction.
• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
• Stay updated with building codes, zoning regulations, construction materials, and industry trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Experience in residential/luxury residential projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of Lumion, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D rendering software.
• Experience in tender drawings and BOQ preparation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
