Assistant Manager Finance

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and cash flow.

·       Handle dealer financing, floor plan accounts, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) billing.

·       Oversee customer vehicle loan files and coordinate with banks and NBFCs for quick approvals.

·       Reconcile daily sales collections from showroom and service floors.

·       Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit/loss statements, and balance sheets.

·       Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other local statutory tax requirements.

·       Monitor operational expenses and manage inventory financing costs.

Required Qualifications

·       Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance).

·       Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in an automobile dealership.

·       Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and computerized accounting systems.

·       Knowledge: Understanding of automotive retail financing, GST compliance, and local Delhi banking norms.
