Job RoleWe are hiring Associate Agency Development Managers for the Agency Channel at Axis Max Life Insurance.
- ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents.
- Train and motivate agents to achieve business targets.
- Generate business through the agency channel.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
- Monitor agent performance and support business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.
- BFSI/Insurance/Banking/Field Sales experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates aged 18–32 years can apply.
