Job Description

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Management, or related field.


Experience: 0–4 years in tendering, procurement, or business development.


Tender Identification


  • Monitor government and private tender portals (e.g., CPPP, GEM, eProcurement).
  • Track announcements via emails, online platforms, and procurement sites.

Tender Preparation & Submission


  • Compile, review, and format tender documents (technical and commercial).
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Submit tenders on time (online and offline).


Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with e-tendering tools and procurement platforms.


Soft Skills:


  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
