Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Explain company services related to the share/stock market in a clear and open demat account.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation.
Update customer information and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Contact potential customers and explain Motilal Oswal’s Trading & Demat Account services.
Acquire new clients and complete the Demat/Trading account opening process.
Assist customers with KYC and required documentation.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into successful account openings.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly business targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
