Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage potential customers via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to explain available properties and convert them into buyers.

● Attend qualified leads through virtual or in-person meetings, present tailored property options, and encourage on-site visits.

● Negotiate deals between clients, ensuring a win-win agreement.

● Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and generating referral business. ● Cross-sell additional NoBroker services to offer a complete home-buying experience.

● Nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

● Stay updated on market trends, property prices, inventory, and buyer demand. Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

● Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar domain.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

● Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

● Good local market knowledge.

● Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.

● Own a vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred).

● Fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language.

● Availability to work 6 days a week (including weekends).
