Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef to prepare authentic and high-quality Chinese dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Handle preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation of Chinese cuisine.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in developing or improving Chinese dishes and menu items.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to prepare noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, starters, gravies, and other Chinese dishes.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
