Experience: Relevant sales/retention experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain existing customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
- Follow up with existing leads/customers and identify upselling opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve assigned sales and retention targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and customer records.

Someone with strong communication, convincing skills, follow-up ability, and a sales-oriented mindset.
