About the RoleLAGE PATOLA is looking for an experienced female Boutique Sales Executive who thoroughly understands the daily operations and selling culture of an Indian ethnic wear boutique. We need someone who does not require basic training—you must know how to handle boutique clients, guide them on custom tailoring, suggest styling options, and close sales confidently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBoutique-Level Client Handling: Greet walk-in clients, gauge their style and budget, and present curated outfits (lehengas, designer suits, sarees, festive sets) with personalized styling recommendations.
• Fit, Measurement & Alteration Coordination: Understand garment construction, mark necessary alteration points accurately, and coordinate directly with the in-house masterji/tailoring team to ensure timely and precise deliveries.
• Fabric & Handwork Guidance: Confidently explain fabrics (pure georgette, silk, organza, chanderi) and artisanal craft (gota patti, zardozi, hand embroidery) to premium buyers.
• Client Retention & Follow-up: Maintain a client diary/WhatsApp list, notify regular buyers about new collections, and handle trial/pickup updates.
• Store Upkeep & Merchandising: Keep displays, mannequins, and garment racks organized, steamed, and ready for high-end boutique presentation.
