Job Description

Giani Ice Cream Outlet – Counter Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Attend customers and take orders.
  • Prepare and serve ice creams, shakes & sundaes as per Giani standards.
  • Handle billing, POS, cash & UPI payments.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Manage basic stock and replenishment.
  • Follow food safety and outlet SOPs.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

  • 10th/12th pass preferred.
  • Freshers can apply; QSR/retail experience is a plus.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Honest, energetic and well-presented.
  • Comfortable working shifts, weekends and holidays.
