Customer Calling Executive – Female

We are looking for a confident and friendly Customer Calling Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Call customers and handle incoming enquiries.
• Explain our fancy mirror products, designs and prices.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Share product photos, catalogues and quotations with customers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and orders.
• Maintain basic customer records and daily follow-up reports.
• Build good relationships with customers and help convert enquiries into orders.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer.
• Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)

No field work. Office-based job.
