Job Description
BeAbhika is hiring a Customer Care Executive to manage customer conversations across WhatsApp and Instagram DMs. You'll guide customers and brides-to-be through our full catalog and our premium Kaleere line, helping them find the right piece, answering questions on pricing, customization, and timelines — with warmth, not a sales script. You're comfortable handling price objections confidently, know when to offer options versus close a conversation, and genuinely care about getting the right piece to the right bride. Prior experience in D2C customer support or sales is a plus.
