Job Description
JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle enquiries, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, production, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records, contact details, enquiries, and order status.
- Prepare and update daily/weekly customer follow-up reports.
- Track pending enquiries and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate for fabric samples, swatches, quotations, and product details.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Inform customers about new products, fabric qualities, prices, and availability.
- Maintain regular follow-up with inactive and potential customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving customer retention and business growth.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry in CRM/software or Excel.
