Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries related to two-wheeler and four-wheeler loans. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate loan-related information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
• Resolve queries related to two-wheeler and four-wheeler loans.
• Explain loan details such as EMI, tenure, interest rate, repayment, loan status, and documentation.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Assist customers with loan-related processes and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM/system.
• Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of loan/finance processes.
• Knowledge of two-wheeler and four-wheeler loans will be preferred.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain loan-related information clearly.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with experience in customer support, banking, NBFC, finance, or vehicle loans will be preferred.
