The Role, Honestly

Most people walking into the Mayur Vihar workshop are about to spend ₹30,000-60,000 on their car, and they're nervous about it. Is this legal? Warranty gone? How long is my car off the road? You're the one answering that, on the phone and at the counter, and making sure the workshop itself doesn't fall into chaos while you're doing it.

What You'll Do

✅ Answer calls and walk-ins, real questions: pricing, RTO/legality, warranty, install time (6-12 hours)

✅ Walk each customer through installation day, hand the car to technicians, keep them posted, sort the test drive and handover

✅ Keep the day's bookings straight: who's coming, what's mid-install, what's ready for pickup

✅ Write down every visit and job so nothing gets lost between shifts

✅ Keep the front of the workshop looking like somewhere you'd trust with your own car

✅ Flag anything off to the reporting manager same-day, a complaint, a delay, whatever it is

✅ Send daily numbers (footfall, bookings, completions) to the reporting manager

Who Should Apply

✅ 1-2 years in customer service, front-desk, reception, or workshop/operations preferred

✅ Lives in East Delhi, realistic commute to Mayur Vihar Phase 1 / Kotla Village

✅ Fine with 6 days a week on-site, this isn't a work-from-home role

✅ Can explain the same thing for the fifth time that day without getting short with someone, in Hindi

✅ Freshers with strong communication and real follow-through are still welcome, just be ready to show it in the interview
