1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesDispatch Management – Manage end-to-end dispatch from the central kitchen to outlets/sources, ensuring products are dispatched as per the approved schedule.
2. Order & Billing Verification – Cross-check orders, quantities, SKUs, invoices/bills, and physical products before dispatch to ensure complete accuracy.
3. Team Handling – Supervise the dispatch team, allocate daily responsibilities, monitor productivity, attendance, discipline, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
4. Shift Management – Own the assigned shift, manage workflow and manpower, ensure timely dispatches, and complete proper shift handover.
5. Kitchen Coordination – Coordinate with Production/Kitchen, Stores, Billing, Ordering, and Outlet teams to ensure products are ready and available as per dispatch requirements.
6. Quality & Packing Checks – Ensure correct packing, labelling, product condition, quantity, and appropriate handling before products leave the kitchen.
7. Reconciliation & Discrepancy Management – Track and report shortages, excesses, damages, returns, order mismatches, and billing discrepancies; resolve them promptly.
8. Night Shift & Operational Support – Be flexible to work rotational shifts, including night shifts for 15–30 days as per business requirements, and ensure smooth dispatch operations during the assigned shift.

• Shift & Working RequirementsWillingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and peak business periods.
• Employees may be required to work night shifts based on business requirements.
• Night shift deployment may be scheduled for 15–30 days, depending on operational requirements and manpower planning.
• Shift timings and rotation will be determined by management based on the dispatch schedule and business needs.
• The candidate must be comfortable managing high-volume dispatch operations during night shifts.
• Ensure complete shift handover and closure of all pending dispatches, orders, and discrepancies.
• Maintain operational discipline, team productivity, and dispatch accuracy throughout the assigned shift.
