E-Commerce Accountant

Parasavnath Trading Company is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and reconciliation across online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with marketplace settlement reports, GST compliance, and general bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile payments and settlements from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra seller panels
• Track order-level revenue, commissions, fees, returns, and refunds across marketplaces
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (sales, purchases, expenses)
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle TCS reconciliation
• Manage invoicing, credit notes, and vendor payments
• Coordinate with the CA/tax consultant for monthly and annual filings
• Maintain inventory-related cost records and basic MIS reports
• Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably with an e-commerce/D2C/trading business
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, and/or Myntra Partner Portal reports
• Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software and Excel/Google Sheets
• Understanding of GST, TCS, and basic taxation for online sellers
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplace reconciliation tools or scripts
• Familiarity with GeM portal transactions
