Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

·      Drive overall sales growth, revenue growth, and brand performance.

·      Monitor and validate discounts applied by POCs and provide discount analysis.

·      Analyze sales, item sales, complaints, and customer performance data.

·      Improve Average Order Value (AOV) through bundling, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.

·      Validate campaigns implemented at the backend and track campaign performance.

·      Track ratings, reviews, brand visibility, and market performance on a daily/weekly basis.

·      Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales, payout, and performance reports.

·      Conduct sales de-growth analysis and identify reasons for performance decline.

·      Track and analyze M2O performance and identify improvement opportunities.

·      Conduct market and competitor research, including pricing, visibility, and positioning.

·      Develop strategies to increase repeat customers and brand loyalty.

·      Analyze cart drop-offs and null searches to identify customer journey gaps.

·      Develop and execute campaign and growth strategies to improve business performance.

·      Maintain complete and accurate growth and performance data.

·      Automate recurring reports such as weekly payouts and image-related data.

·      Prepare a comprehensive Growth Summary highlighting key performance trends and action areas.

·      Maintain regular customer engagement to support long-term brand partnerships.

·      Collaborate with internal teams and POCs to implement growth initiatives and performance improvements.

Preferred Skills

·      Experience in food-tech, restaurant, Zomato/Swiggy, or similar business environments.

·      Understanding of discounts, offers, promotions, campaigns, and customer behavior.

·      Knowledge of business KPIs, revenue analysis, market research, and growth strategy.

·      Experience with reporting automation and dashboarding tools is an added advantage.
