E-Commerce Executive

1. Cataloging & Listing Management

​Upload new product listings (A+ Content, single and bulk) across platforms (e.g., Meesho, Amazon, website) with accurate categorization, pricing, and variant mapping.

​Optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend search terms to improve organic visibility and search ranking.

​Ensure all product images, size charts, and A+ content meet strict marketplace guidelines and are updated promptly to reflect current inventory.

​2. Order Processing & Fulfillment SLA

​Download daily order reports, generate shipping labels, and prepare invoices across all active sales channels.

​Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team to ensure 100% adherence to marketplace dispatch SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to prevent late-shipment penalties.

​Track handover to third-party logistics (3PL) partners and monitor in-transit shipments to identify and escalate stalled deliveries.

​3. Inventory Synchronization

​Perform daily stock updates on marketplace seller panels to reflect physical warehouse inventory accurately.

​Proactively pause or delist SKUs that are out of stock (OOS) to prevent unfulfillable orders and subsequent marketplace account strikes.

​Alert the supply chain and procurement teams when fast-moving SKUs reach reorder thresholds.

​4. Returns (RTO/RTV) & Claim Management

​Process inward customer returns and Return to Origin (RTO) shipments, physically matching received items against the original dispatch logs.

​Conduct immediate Quality Control (QC) on returned items to categorize them as restockable, damaged, or wrong product.

​Raise Seller Protection Fund (SPF) claims within strict 24-48 hour marketplace windows with required video/photographic evidence for damaged or switched returns.

​5. Seller Health & Customer Experience

​Monitor dashboard metrics daily (Order Defect Rate, Dispatch Breaches, Cancellation Rate) to protect platform visibility and seller tier status.

​Respond promptly to buyer queries, messages, and return requests according to platform guidelines.

​Track negative reviews for product insights and report recurring quality or sizing complaints to management.

​Qualifications & Skills

​1–3 years of hands-on experience managing seller panels for major e-commerce platforms (Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

​Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for bulk uploads (CSV files) and daily order tracking.

​Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive daily operational deadlines.

​Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics, standard operating procedures for dispatch, and marketplace claim policies.
