Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented GeM Executive to manage Government e-Marketplace (GeM) activities, including bid monitoring, bid submission, tender documentation, and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor GeM portal daily for relevant bids and tenders.
- Review and complete bid submissions within 3 days of bid publication.
- Prepare and verify all required documents before submission.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical and commercial details.
- Track bid status, deadlines, results, and order updates.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and catalogue updates on GeM.
- Maintain bid records, compliance documents, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate for purchase orders, delivery schedules, and related documentation.
