Job Description
We seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Loan Executive to assist customers in selecting suitable financial products, including mortgage loans, home loans, personal loans, and insurance solutions. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer requirements, guiding clients through the application process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for loans and insurance products.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with documentation and application procedures.
- Coordinate with partner banks and insurers for timely processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products and banking processes.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
