Job Title: Hotel Reception Manager

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage the front desk and daily hotel operations.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally.
- Attend guest calls, inquiries, and booking requests.
- Manage room bookings, reservations, and guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure room cleanliness and readiness.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of cash, payments, and daily reports.
- Manage online bookings and hotel ratings.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the property.
- Coordinate with the management team and follow company policies.
- RequirementsGood communication and guest-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and front desk management skills.
- Honest, responsible, and well-disciplined.
- Previous hotel or guest house experience preferred.
- Ability to manage staff and daily operations efficiently.
