Job Description
- Recruitment and Staffing: Sourcing, screening, and hiring licensed practical nurses (LPNs), registered nurses (RNs), home health aides (HHAs), and physical therapists tailored for in-home patient visits.
- Credential Verification: Validating active state medical licenses, certifications, background checks, CPR accreditations, and driving records for field reliability.
- Onboarding and Field Training: Conducting orientation programs, clinical compliance training, and safety refreshers specific to home-based care protocols. ,
- Scheduling and Deployment Support: Assisting with caregiver-to-patient matching, field shift logistics, and managing emergency staff replacements or shortages.
- Compliance and Safety: Tracking evolving healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and occupational health protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
- Employee Relations: Resolving field staff grievances, managing performance feedback, and implementing retention initiatives to combat caregiver burnout.
- Payroll and Records Management: Coordinating hourly or visit-based payroll inputs, tracking attendance, and maintaining updated employee files.
