Swtantra is a contemporary Indian ethnic wear brand for modern women, blending traditional aesthetics with urban sensibilities. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive Intern to support our growing presence across leading e-commerce marketplaces.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated candidate with 6-12 months of experience in marketplace operations or e-commerce. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from fashion institutes or candidates who have worked with online marketplaces and want to build a career in fashion e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, Tata Cliq, and other platforms.

* Coordinate product uploads, catalog creation, attribute mapping, pricing updates, and inventory management.

* Monitor stock availability and ensure timely updates across all marketplace portals.

* Track marketplace performance, sales trends, and product rankings.

* Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, sales events, and marketplace offers.

* Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images, and content updates.

* Resolve listing-related issues, catalog errors, and marketplace tickets.

* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketplace trends.

* Ensure content accuracy, product visibility, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce, or online retail.

* Fresh graduates from fashion colleges with internship or project experience in marketplaces are encouraged to apply.

* Basic understanding of platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, or Tata Cliq.

* Good knowledge of Excel and data management.

* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

* Good communication and coordination abilities.

* Interest in fashion, retail, and e-commerce trends.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
