Job Description
Hiring: Operations & Data Management Manager
We are looking for an experienced and responsible candidate to manage the complete office operations, data and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete office data and daily MIS.
Track shipments received from clients, booking, dispatch, delivery, pending and RTO.
Manage warehouse stock, inward/outward entries and stock reconciliation.
Maintain order and purchase-related data.
Coordinate with the booking team and track daily booking activities.
Manage customer support data, complaints and pending issues.
Coordinate with courier partners, clients, warehouse and internal teams.
Maintain invoices, PODs, shipment records and other important documents.
Coordinate with the accounts team for required data and reconciliation.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.
Ensure all office data is accurate, updated and properly maintained.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong knowledge of MIS and data management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in warehouse/logistics/operations will be preferred.
Ability to manage multiple activities and teams.
Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Experience: 3–5 years preferred
