Job Description: Field Sales Executive
Role Overview
We are hiring a result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive growth in the Delhi NCR market. You will meet local pharmacies, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Market Visits: Travel extensively across Delhi NCR daily to visit pharmacies and chemists.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong bonds with local retailers to secure regular orders.
• Sales Growth: Present product portfolios and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Reporting: Update daily sales, visits, and orders using WhatsApp and Excel.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and feedback from the field.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 1–3 years in Pharma distribution, FMCG, Surgicals, OTC, or Medical consumables.
• Age Group: 21–30 years preferred.
• Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Delhi NCR geography and commercial hubs.
• Language Skills: Fluent Hindi and functional English.
• Tech Skills: Proficient with smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic Excel.
• Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily travel.
• Traits: Target-driven, persistent, and excellent at face-to-face communication.
