Job SummaryWe are looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager to manage buyer acquisition, dealer onboarding, and end-to-end deal closure for the used commercial vehicle segment. The role involves building strong dealer relationships, driving marketplace engagement, increasing bid participation, and achieving revenue and GMV targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuyer Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, acquire, and onboard potential buyers for used commercial vehicles.
• Dealer Onboarding: Expand the dealer network and establish strong relationships with commercial vehicle dealers.
• End-to-End Deal Closure: Coordinate the complete transaction process, from buyer interest and bidding to negotiation and deal closure.
• Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain dealer engagement, build trust, and ensure consistent participation on the platform.
• Marketplace Growth: Drive bid participation, improve deal conversion, and facilitate faster closures.
• Revenue & GMV Targets: Take ownership of business targets, revenue generation, and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
• Market Intelligence: Develop a strong understanding of the used commercial vehicle ecosystem, pricing trends, dealer behaviour, and market opportunities.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor leads, conversions, dealer activity, and deal closures to achieve business objectives.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in business development, sales, dealer management, or marketplace operations.
• Understanding of the used commercial vehicle (CV) industry is preferred.
• Strong dealer relationship management and trust-building skills.
• Proven ability to acquire customers, negotiate, and close deals.
• Target-driven mindset with ownership of revenue and GMV.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
