हमारे बारे मेंVS FASHION | DESUKA® एक Delhi-based women’s ethnic & fusion wear manufacturer और B2B wholesaler है।

हम Retailers, Wholesalers, Boutique Owners, Resellers, Online Sellers, Exporters और अन्य B2B buyers के साथ काम करते हैं।

हमारी existing office team में लगभग 8–10 members काम कर रहे हैं और business expansion के कारण हम अपनी sales & customer support team में 3–4 नए members जोड़ रहे हैं।

यह एक अच्छा opportunity है उन candidates के लिए जो सिर्फ एक सामान्य calling job नहीं करना चाहते, बल्कि B2B Sales, Customer Handling, CRM, Chat Support, Lead Management और Digital Business Platforms का practical experience लेना चाहते हैं।

JOB ROLEआपको नए और existing B2B customers से Chat + Voice दोनों माध्यमों से connect करना होगा।

आपका मुख्य काम सिर्फ calling करना नहीं होगा।

आपको customer की requirement समझनी होगी, उन्हें हमारे business और products के बारे में सही information देनी होगी और उन्हें:

• हमारे showroom/store पर visit करने के लिए encourage करना
• Online catalog देखने और purchase करने में guide करना
• उनकी requirement के अनुसार relevant collection share करना
• Interested customers का follow-up करना
• B2B orders और enquiries को आगे convert करने में support करना
• Existing customers के साथ relationship maintain करना

होगा।

Customer Delhi में हो या किसी दूसरे state/city में, आपको उसकी convenience के अनुसार Online या Offline purchase journey में support करना होगा।

• मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां1. Customer Calling – Voice ProcessIncoming और outgoing customer calls handle करना।
• नए B2B leads से professionally बात करना।
• Customer की business profile और requirement समझना।
• Customer को VS FASHION और DESUKA® के बारे में explain करना।
• Product range, wholesale business model और purchasing process समझाना।
• Interested customers को showroom visit के लिए invite करना।
• जो customers Delhi से बाहर हैं, उन्हें online catalog और purchasing process समझाना।
• Interested leads का regular follow-up करना।
• पुराने customers से भी follow-up और relationship management करना।
• 2. WhatsApp / Chat SupportCustomers के WhatsApp messages का timely reply देना।
• Product catalog और relevant designs share करना।
• Customer की requirement के अनुसार products suggest करना।
• Price, availability, MOQ और purchasing-related basic information communicate करना।
• Customer की queries को समझकर सही team/person तक escalate करना।
• Chat के through customer को purchase/visit की तरफ guide करना।

3. Lead Management / CRMहर lead को properly manage करना बहुत important होगा।

आपको CRM में:

• Customer Name
• Mobile Number
• City / State
• Business Type
• Requirement
• Lead Source
• Customer Interest
• Follow-up Date
• Conversation Status
• Visit Status
• Purchase Status
• Remarks

जैसी information properly update करनी होगी।

कोई lead बिना follow-up के नहीं छूटना चाहिए।

4. Multiple Digital Platforms पर कामआपको सिर्फ एक calling software पर काम नहीं करना होगा।

काम के दौरान आपको अलग-अलग applications और platforms पर काम करना सीखना होगा, जैसे:

• CRM
• WhatsApp / Chat
• Voice Calling System
• IndiaMART
• TradeIndia
• Justdial
• Website / Online Enquiries
• Internal business applications

Candidate को अलग-अलग platforms पर customer enquiry देखना, respond करना और lead को properly manage करना सीखना होगा।

Customer Delhi से बाहर है:

उसे online catalog, WhatsApp और available digital process के through purchase में assist करना।

यह HARDCORE VOICE PROCESS नहीं हैअगर आपने BPO, Customer Support, Telecalling या Voice Process में काम किया है तो आपका experience इस role में useful होगा।

लेकिन यह सिर्फ पूरे दिन लगातार calling करने वाली नौकरी नहीं है।

इस role में आपको सीखना होगा:

Voice + Chat + CRM + Lead Management + B2B Sales + Customer Handling + Digital Platforms

इसलिए जो candidate केवल calling नहीं बल्कि Sales और Customer Relationship Management सीखना चाहता है, उसके लिए यह role suitable है।

Candidate Profileहम ऐसे candidates की तलाश कर रहे हैं जिनके पास:

• Customer Support का previous experience हो।
• BPO / Voice Process / Telecalling का experience हो।
• Sales या customer handling का experience हो तो advantage रहेगा।
• Hindi अच्छी और clear हो।
• Basic English समझने और लिखने में comfortable हों।
• WhatsApp और basic computer applications का knowledge हो।
• Multiple applications पर काम करने में comfortable हों।
• Customer से professionally बात करने की ability हो।
• Follow-up करने में comfortable हों।
• Sales और customer conversion सीखने की इच्छा हो।
• नए software/CRM को सीखने की ability हो।
