We are looking for a confident, professional, and enthusiastic Sales Executive with excellent English-speaking and communication skills, Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage client inquiries through chat and email processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through chat and email.
• Communicate with international clients professionally.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Prepare quotations, sales presentations, and related documents.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports using Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English-speaking and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and professional presentation skills.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• A professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
