Job Description
We are hiring a Mutual Fund Sales Manager to grow our mutual fund business by acquiring new customers, building client relationships, and generating investment business.
Candidates with experience in mutual fund sales, banking, wealth management, broking, or financial services sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and acquire new customers interested in mutual fund investments.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and client meetings.
- Explain mutual funds, SIPs, and lump-sum investment options to customers.
- Build relationships with investors, financial advisors, and business partners.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business.
- Increase mutual fund investments and Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat investments.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Job Requirements
2–4 years of experience in sales or business development in financial services.
- Experience in mutual funds, banking, broking, wealth management, or investment products preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, and investment products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with calling customers, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets.
- NISM certification in mutual funds will be an added advantage.
