Job Description
Position: Sales Executive – Personal Loan
Department: Personal Loan Sales
Job Responsibilities :
- Generate Personal Loan business through open market, referrals, and direct sales.
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer KYC and income documents.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure quick disbursement and excellent customer service.
Eligibility :
- Graduate/HSC (as per company policy).
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, Business Loan, CASA, Consumer Finance, or Direct Sales.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply (if applicable).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales.
