Sales Promoter

📍 Location: Rage Room and Neon Paint, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi

🕐 Timing: Tuesday to Sunday, 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

📅 Weekly Off: Monday

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, energetic and friendly Female Sales Promoter to represent Rage Room and Neon Paint outside our Lajpat Nagar centre and in Lajpat Nagar Market.

Your main job is simple: talk to people nearby, tell them about Rage Room and Neon Paint, create excitement and bring interested customers into our centre.

You will be the first face of Rage Room that many customers meet.

• Approach and speak confidently with people walking near our location
• Explain what Rage Room is in a simple and exciting way
• Invite interested people to visit our centre
• Clearly guide customers to the official Rage Room location
• Answer basic questions about our experiences and pricing
• Encourage people to walk in and try the experience
• Help convert interested people into paying customers
• Keep track of how many people you speak to and how many customers you bring in
• Be friendly, energetic and professional while representing the brand

Why This Role Matters:

This is not just a promoter job.

You are directly responsible for bringing new customers and revenue into the business.

Someone may be walking past us without knowing what Rage Room is. A 20-second conversation with you could turn that person into a customer.

You will also play an important role in helping customers identify and reach the official Rage Room centre correctly, especially when there may be other similar businesses nearby.

The better you become at talking to people and creating curiosity, the more customers you can bring in.

• Can communicate confidently in Hindi; basic English is helpful
• Have an energetic and friendly personality
• Are persuasive without being pushy

• Are reliable and punctual
• Are willing to learn how to sell and handle customer objections

Previous experience in sales, field sales, promotion, retail, events, customer service or direct marketing is helpful, but not compulsory.

Confidence and willingness to approach people matter more to us than degrees.
