Hiring: HR Manager (Experienced)

Position: HR Manager
Experience Required
- 5–20 years of experience in Recruitment & HR Operations.
- Candidates with hiring experience in companies such as Edtech . college
University
NGO , or similar high-volume recruitment organizations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Manage bulk hiring and team building.
- Develop recruitment strategies to meet business targets.
- Coordinate with operations and business teams.
- Handle onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
- Build and manage recruitment partnerships across India.
Eligibility
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring and recruitment planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary
₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance.)
