Senior Showroom Manager

The Senior Showroom Manager leads daily operations and drives luxury sales at our high-end lighting showroom. You will manage the showroom team, build relationships with interior designers and architects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

1. Vehicle Two wheelers

2. Computer Knowledge

3. 5-6 Yrs Experience in Showroom management.

4. Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue

• Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Guide the team to upsell and cross-sell luxury lighting collections.
• Close high-value deals with walk-in clients, homeowners, and trade professionals.

Team Leadership

• Hire, train, and mentor sales consultants and support staff.
• Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.

Client and Trade Relations

• Build strong networks with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
• Host trade events, product launches, and designer networking nights.
• Handle VIP client requests and resolve any customer issues quickly.

Showroom Operations

• Maintain high visual standards and pristine product displays.
• Ensure all lighting fixtures, smart systems, and displays work properly.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and sample orders.
• Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and daily reports
