Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator & Manager who can independently manage our social media presence from idea → shooting → editing → posting → performance tracking.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable being on the factory floor, shooting products, creating Reels, writing engaging captions, and keeping our social media pages active and premium.

Our primary focus will be on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.

• Key Responsibilities🎥 Content ShootingShoot high-quality Reels and videos of our water fountains, products, manufacturing process, installations and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Capture product videos, customer installations, factory videos and lifestyle content.
• Plan and execute regular content shoots.
• Understand lighting, framing, camera angles and basic product videography.
• Use mobile cameras, DSLR/mirrorless cameras or other equipment as required.
• ✂️ Video EditingEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.
• Add music, transitions, subtitles, text, effects and branding.
• Create attractive product showcases and promotional videos.
• Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form content pieces.
• Keep up with current Reel formats, editing styles and social media trends.
• ✍️ Content & CopywritingDevelop creative ideas for Reels and social media posts.
• Write captions, hooks, headlines and short promotional copy.
• Create content around:
• New fountain launches
• Product features
• Manufacturing process
• Before/after transformations
• Customer installations
• Product demonstrations
• Offers and promotions
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Educational content
• Company/brand stories
• 📱 Social Media ManagementManage day-to-day posting on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Schedule and publish posts, Reels and Stories.
• Maintain a consistent brand image and posting schedule.
• Respond to basic comments and social media engagement.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors and relevant content formats.
• 📊 Growth & PerformanceTrack Reel views, reach, engagement, followers and other important metrics.
• Identify which content performs best and improve future content accordingly.
• Stay updated with Instagram and YouTube trends.
• Experiment with new content formats to increase reach and engagement.
• What We Are Looking ForStrong knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
• Good video shooting and editing skills.
• Strong command of editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Good knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is an advantage.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
• Understanding of social media trends and viral content.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Willingness to visit the factory/showroom/installation sites for shooting.
• Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.

Preferred CandidateWe would especially prefer someone who has:

• Previous experience managing Instagram pages for a brand/company.
• A strong portfolio of Reels they have personally shot and edited.
• Experience with product-based businesses, manufacturing, home décor, interior, architecture, furniture or lifestyle brands.
• Understanding of how to make products visually attractive on camera.
• Ability to turn ordinary factory/product footage into engaging content.

ImportantThis is not a desk-only social media job.

The person will be expected to actively participate in the entire content process:

Content Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit → Caption → Post → Analyse → Improve

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media, rather than someone who only uploads posts prepared by others.

Performance ExpectationsThe selected candidate will be expected to maintain a consistent content calendar and regularly produce:

• Instagram Reels
• Stories
• Product videos
• YouTube Shorts
• Promotional creatives
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Product photography
• Festival/occasion-based content

The exact monthly content targets will be decided based on the candidate's experience and capabilities.
