Job Description

●Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.

●Counsel students on colleges, courses, career pathways, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.

●Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through Google Meet or Zoom.

●Convert student inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling and timely follow-ups.

●Guide students through the complete admission and registration process.

●Attend to walk-in (in-house) students and resolve their queries professionally.

●Build and nurture relationships with prospective students through consistent follow-up and engagement.

●Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, admissions, and student interactions using CRM tools or Google Sheets.

●Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.

●Achieve monthly admission conversion and enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of student satisfaction and service quality.
