  • Job ResponsibilitiesCredit Card aur Loan sales team ko manage aur lead karna.
  • Team members ko daily targets assign karna aur performance monitor karna.
  • Credit Cards, Personal Loans aur other loan products ki sales badhana.
  • Team ko product knowledge, sales techniques aur calling process ki training dena.
  • Daily sales reports, team performance aur target achievements maintain karna.
  • Customer leads par proper follow-up aur conversion ensure karna.
  • Team ki productivity improve karna aur monthly targets achieve karna.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsCredit Cards, Personal Loans ya Banking Sales mein experience preferred.
  • Team Leader ya Team Handling ka experience hona chahiye.
  • Good communication aur leadership skills.
  • Target-oriented aur team ko motivate karne ki ability.
  • Basic computer aur Excel knowledge preferred.
