Job Description

- Make outbound calls to NGOs, trusts, and prospective attendees from provided databases and leads to promote NGO Ka Mahakumbh 4.0 and NGOguru's other programs

- Clearly explain the event/program details, benefits, and registration process to prospects

- Handle inbound enquiry calls and respond to questions about registration, fees, and logistics

- Follow up consistently with interested leads to convert them into confirmed registrations

- Accurately log call outcomes, feedback, and lead status in the CRM/tracking sheet daily

- Coordinate with the event and field teams to keep contact lists and registration data updated

- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by the reporting manager

- Escalate unresolved queries or complaints to the appropriate team promptly
