Job Description

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.

Lead Conversion: Convert leads into active customers by understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.

Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries clearly and professionally regarding pricing, offers, and product usage.

Record Keeping: Maintain and update call logs, customer details, and feedback in the database/CRM.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily/monthly call volume and sales targets.
