Job Description
Telecaller – Marketing & Lead GenerationWe are looking for Telecallers to generate and develop sales leads for our Conveyor Systems and Coding & Marking Printers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and companies.
- Generate qualified leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Introduce our products and understand customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
