Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products or services and their benefits.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle customer objections and answer queries professionally.
Follow up with interested leads to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with other teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in speaking over the phone.
Good listening and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
