Telesales Executive

BlueCloud Publishers is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will connect with prospective authors, understand their publishing needs, recommend suitable publishing packages, and convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with prospective authors through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

2. Understand the author's requirements and recommend the most suitable publishing package/services.

3. Explain our publishing services, packages, pricing, distribution, royalties, and other offerings clearly to clients.

4. Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.

5. Handle leads and update all communication, follow-ups, and status in the CRM.

6. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, counselling, follow-up, and conversion.

7. Achieve monthly/weekly sales and conversion targets.

8. Coordinate with the operations/editorial team after successful conversion to ensure smooth onboarding.

9. Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

10. Identify client requirements and suggest appropriate upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Other requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. 0-1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, or a related role preferred.

3. CRM knowledge and lead management experience preferred.

4. Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.

5. Experience in publishing, education, media, or digital services will be an added advantage.

6. Candidates with strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills are preferred.

7. Experience in publishing, education, media, digital services, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
