Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage distribution channel sales across assigned territory (Mumbai region/ Maharashtra).
Drive business through DMT (Domestic Money Transfer), AEPS (Adhar Enabled Payment System), CMS (Cash Management Services), FI (Financial Inclusion), Bank BC (Business Correspondent), and Loan products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, channel partners, aggregators, and financial institutions.
On-board new partners and ensure proper training, activation, and performance monitoring.
Achieve sales and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
Lead and mentor sales teams to deliver high productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Identify market trends and new business opportunities in the region.
