Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing FIT, GIT and MICE itineraries and travel programs.
  • Research hotels, attractions, activities, restaurants and other tourism products.
  • Assist with quotations, costing, bookings and travel documentation.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides and other suppliers.
  • Support the Sales & Operations team in handling B2B travel enquiries.
  • Assist with customer communication and follow-ups.
  • Support day-to-day tour operations and administrative activities.
  • Maintain accurate booking and client records.
