Job Description
The Janpath News के लिए एक अनुभवी और creative Video Editor – News, Podcast & YouTube की आवश्यकता है। Candidate को Digital News, YouTube Videos, News Packages, Podcasts, Shorts/Reels और YouTube Thumbnails बनाने का अच्छा practical experience होना चाहिए।
Key Responsibilities
• Daily News Videos और News Packages की तेज़ और professional editing करना।
• Anchor based News Videos में relevant footage, images, graphics, text और music का सही इस्तेमाल करना।
• Long-form Podcasts और Interviews को professionally edit करना।
• Podcasts और Long Videos से engaging YouTube Shorts / Instagram Reels तैयार करना।
• News के हिसाब से सही B-Roll, Visuals, GFX, Headlines और On-Screen Text लगाना।
• YouTube Videos के लिए creative, attractive और high-CTR Thumbnails बनाना।
• Thumbnail में सही Photo Selection, Cutout, Text Placement, Colour Combination और Visual Composition का इस्तेमाल करना।
• Video में Audio Levels, Noise, Music और Voice को properly balance करना।
• Breaking News और time-sensitive content को deadline के भीतर edit करके तैयार करना।
• YouTube audience और viewer retention को ध्यान में रखते हुए fast-paced और engaging editing करना।
Required Skills
• Adobe Premiere Pro पर अच्छी command अनिवार्य है।
• Adobe Photoshop पर YouTube Thumbnail बनाने की अच्छी command होनी चाहिए।
• Adobe After Effects और basic Motion Graphics की जानकारी preferred है।
• News Video Editing, YouTube Content और Thumbnail Designing की अच्छी समझ होनी चाहिए।
• Podcast और Multi-Camera Editing का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
• Shorts/Reels और Vertical Videos (9:16) edit करना आना चाहिए।
• Audio Cleaning, Colour Correction, Titles, Graphics और Transitions की practical knowledge होनी चाहिए।
• YouTube CTR, Thumbnail Psychology और Visual Storytelling की basic understanding होनी चाहिए।
• Hindi News और Current Affairs की अच्छी understanding होनी चाहिए।
Preferred Experience
Digital News Channel, TV News Channel, YouTube News Channel, Podcast Studio या Media Production House में काम कर चुके candidates को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
2 साल का relevant Video Editing experience preferred है।
