Job Description – Immigration Consultant (Sales)

Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, understanding their immigration requirements, providing suitable guidance, and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments.

• Key Responsibilities :-
• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries related to immigration and visa services.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs based on their requirements.
• Clearly explain company services, eligibility criteria, processes, timelines, and documentation requirements.
• Conduct professional telephonic and face-to-face consultations with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of client applications.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and actively contribute to overall business growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive service.
• Stay updated on relevant immigration programs, policies, and service offerings.
• Candidate ProfileExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Prior experience in immigration sales or consultancy will be an advantage.
