Academic Counsellor

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellors to guide students, professionals, and homemakers in choosing the right skill development courses. You’ll play a key role in helping learners become job‑ready for the AI‑driven future through personalized counselling and career guidance.

 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses and career pathways.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and group counselling sessions (offline).
• Maintain follow‑ups with leads from walk‑ins, calls, WhatsApp, and job portals.
• Assist in admissions, documentation, and onboarding of learners.
• Collaborate with trainers and placement officers to align student goals with course offerings.
• Prepare counselling reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory, Hindi preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand learner needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
