Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Bookkeeping & Compliance

• Invoicing & Entry: Handle timely generation, verification, and precise digital/physical logging of all sales, purchase bills, and order books.

 Allocating daily labor shift job cards and tracking overtime.

• Generating e-way bills and handling dispatch paperwork.

• Managing real-time logistics communication on the WhatsApp Dispatch Groups

2. Inter-Branch Dispatch Accuracy (Noida to Hyderabad/Bangalore)

• Zero-Error Verification: Physically cross-verify every single piece of machinery, components, and spare parts against the invoice and delivery challan before loading. Ensure the wrong items never leave the Noida factory gates.
• Transit Paperwork: Coordinate with the office accountant to ensure accurate e-way bills and transport documents are printed and handed to the driver on time.
• Real-Time Communication: Maintain active presence and provide continuous updates on the Head Office to Hyderabad and Head Office to Bangalore WhatsApp Dispatch Groups.

3. Shop Floor & Labour Supervision

• Daily Work Allocation: Conduct the morning briefing for the factory labour workforce (approx. 10-member team) and hand out specific job cards and packing targets.
• Mid-Day Reviews: Monitor afternoon milestones to ensure loading and packing timelines are tracking properly to meet transport pickup times.
• Overtime Management: Assess production urgency by late afternoon. If an order deadline requires overtime, instruct the team early while keeping labour costs strictly optimized.

4. Daily MD Alignment

• Morning Diary Entry: Start every morning by updating a physical daily diary mapping out that day’s explicit dispatch schedules, transport bookings, and shop floor targets.
• Direct Goal Setup: Review your daily diary directly with the MD every single morning to align on priority shipments. No dispatch can bypass the MD's final approval.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a dispatch coordinator, factory supervisor, or logistics executive in a manufacturing unit.
• Key Skills: Strong on-ground leadership to handle factory labor, basic computer/smartphone comfort for WhatsApp coordination, and high attention to detail.
• Local Preference: Candidates residing in Noida or nearby Greater Noida/Ghaziabad regions with an easy daily commute to the factory.
