Job Summary:

Aash Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive with a strong background in accounting and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in accounts and must be proficient in GST, TDS, and advanced Excel operations. This role is crucial in supporting daily accounting activities and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

    1.Maintain and regularly reconcile party ledgers.

2.Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

3.Record expense entries and ensure proper classification and documentation.

4.Prepare and issue money receipts for incoming payments.

5.Ensure accurate GST and TDS entries and assist in periodic filings.

6.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports To-pay/TBB/Prepaid.

7.Work on Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for financial analysis and reporting.

8.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Candidate Requirements:

A.      Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

B. Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years in an accounting role.

Skills Required:

     1.Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on ledger work

2.Proficiency in bank and ledger reconciliation

3.Good understanding of GST & TDS

4.Proficiency in Advanced Excel

5.Experience with Tally or other ERP-based accounting software.

6.Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
